The Octagon Cancellation Policy

Our aim is to be able to support our patients as soon as we can when they need us. Acute pain can make life very difficult and affect our quality of life. We are a busy clinic and often have a waiting list for those who are in an acute situation. If we know in advance that someone is unable to attend a session we can then call and offer a treatment to those on our waiting list. One day it may be you, and thanks to everyone working together, we would then be able to see you sooner. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend so we can help those waiting for an appointment. We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances/emergencies but please advise us so we can reschedule your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not arrive (DNA) you will incur a charge that will be the cost of the appointment. Emergency cancellations will be decided at the therapists’ discretion.
