Meet Natasha – Our New Mat Pilates Teacher

Natasha is a recently qualified Body Control Pilates Mat work teacher, with a long-standing passion for Pilates that began over 30 years ago—shortly after the birth of her three (rather large!) sons in quick succession.
Regular reformer and mat work sessions helped her rehabilitate her body and stay injury-free while raising an active young family. Originally trained as a Chartered Surveyor she has found a passion for teaching Pilates with a focus on precision of movement and helping others understand the mechanics of the body and the relationship between stability and mobility.
In her classes you can expect a tailor-made approach building on the basics with an emphasis on developing movement with a greater degree of ease, confidence and resilience.
In early September Natasha will be taking the Body Control Pilates “Pilates for Golfers” course – Pilates is incredibly useful to help golfers to understand movement patterns and improve their game.
Mat Pilates differs from Reformer Pilates by using one’s own body weight to perform exercises and is easy to take home and become part of everyday life.
Natasha is teaching 1:1 and 2:1 mat Pilates on Mondays 8-13 and Thursdays 9-13
