Treatments, prices and availability

Please note that full payment is required for all new patient appointments across all therapies.

If you book via Reception, payment will be taken by card over the phone or via a secure payment link sent to you by email. If you book online, you will be asked to enter your card details at the time of booking, and your account will be charged after your appointment.

If you need to cancel and choose not to reschedule, a full refund will be issued provided we receive at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.

If you have private medical insurance and wish to use it towards your treatment, please note that Marco Santoro, Chiropractor, is registered with BUPA. To book using your BUPA insurance, please contact our Reception team and have your membership number and authorisation code available.

We do not liaise directly with other insurance providers. We therefore recommend that you confirm your level of cover with your insurer prior to your appointment, as some policies may not reimburse the full cost of treatment. Payment for your treatment will be taken after your appointment, and an invoice will be issued for your records. You can then submit this invoice to your insurance company directly to arrange reimbursement.
