Natasha Watson – Pilates Teacher

Natasha is a qualified Body Control Pilates Matwork teacher, with a longstanding passion for Pilates that began over 30 years ago—shortly after the birth of her three (rather large!) sons in quick succession. Regular reformer and matwork sessions helped her rehabilitate her body and stay injury-free while raising an active young family.

Early last year, Natasha finally decided to follow her passion and train as a Pilates teacher. Through this process, she has discovered a deep appreciation for the connection between stability, mobility, and the functional movement patterns that support our everyday lives. her goal is to help clients move with greater ease, confidence, and resilience.

Natasha recently undertook ‘Pilates for Golfers’ training with Body Control Pilates. This is endorsed by both golf pros and medical specialists.

The Pilates for Golfers programme that she offers comprises specially adapted exercises that can help improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. Pilates is an established part of the conditioning regime of most top golfers.

Natasha is offering Matwork classes in a private 1:1 setting and as a small group of 2:1.

Natasha is offering sessions at the Octagon Clinic on:

Mondays 8:00 – 13:00
Thursdays 9:00 – 13:00

Please note: 1:1 sessions can be booked online, however if you’d like to do a 2:1 duet session with a buddy, please contact our reception team to book.
